Epocast 105

DESCRIPTION
Epocast 105 is a two part epoxy 100% reactive potting compound, primarily formulated to encapsulate electronic parts.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Components to be treated must be sound, hard, dry and free from all contaminants such as grease, oil, dust, etcetera.  Mix 100 parts by weight or part “A” to 100 parts by weight of part “B” until color is uniform.  To ensure good results, it is recommended to vibrate parts during potting operation.  The uncured components can be easily cleaned by using Toluol solvent.  Contact Chemtron Manufacturing Ltd. for additional information application procedure.

PRECAUTIONS
Do not mix more material than possible to apply within the recommended pot life.  Ensure proper ventilation.  Ambient and room temperature must be above 13o C (55o F), and environment relatively dry.  Avoid eye and skin contact.  In case of eye contact, wash thoroughly with water and consult physician immediately.  In the event of skin contact, wash thoroughly with soap and water.  Shelf life of product in original closed containers is one (1) year.
