PRODUCT
Small Joint Sealant is a viscous clear acrylic solution, designed for easy injection into narrow joints of 3 mm or smaller. Small Joint Sealant doesn’t require any priming and gives exceptional adhesion to most common building substrates. It has good flexibility, retains flexibility with age and has a long history of successful use. Sealing cracks in miter, butt joints and skylights. Needle glazing around the perimeter of leaking channel and sashes. Sealant small cracks in brick tile and masonry.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Substrates should be clean, dry and free from dust, dirt, wax, oil and other substrates likely to impair adhesion.

PRIMING/APPLICATION
No priming required on recommended substrates. Apply using sealant applicator or pluce gun.

CLEANING
Immediately remove all excess sealant and smears adjacent to the joint (use masking tape where appropriate). Equipment should be cleaned with solvents such as MEK, xylor or chlorinated solvents. Observe manufacturer’s precautions when using toxic flammable solvents. 

MAINTENANCE AND PRECAUTIONS
The SDS sheet must be read and understood prior to use.

GUARANTEE/WARRANTY
Chemtron International Inc. (Chemtron), warrants that the product is manufactured according to their published standards and is free from defects. The company will, at its option, either refund the purchase price of or provide a replacement for, the portion of the Small Joint Sealant which fails to perform in accordance with this warranty. Such refund or replacement will constitute the limit of Chemtron’s liability and obligation for any such failure. Chemtron will not be liable or obligated otherwise for any loss or damage, arising directly or indirectly, from Small Joint Sealant or the use or failure thereof, whether based on breach, warranty or negligence.
